The Chilli Oil

I’ll start by saying I’m a 30yo guy who is a very average cook, but when I add Gini Maya to my food boy does it make me seem way more polished at cooking than I really am! I cannot get enough of this stuff and I always have at least 2 jars in my pantry, love it. Favourite is adding this to pasta sauce, perfect amount of spice and had multiple friends comment on how good it tastes

Excellent, I love the clean flavours not overly complex. Some other chilli oils are too overpowering. I put this with curry, use it for steaks, eggs, in asian salads. Love it. Just received my purchase of 4x jars

We met at a foodie market in Melbourne, bought a jar for my partner to try as he loves all things chilli oil. He finished the jar within weeks and wasn’t sure when we’d see them again at another market to restock. Bought 3 online to surprise him and he’s already half way through the first jar. Let’s say it’s a new staple and hit.

We are loving this chilli oil. Won’t be long before we have to order more. Perfect heat and a great change to the Chinese chilli oils in my cupboard.
