Refund policy

Given the nature of our product, we do not accept returns.

If you receive your product and it is leaking or damaged, please contact us ASAP and we will review your product, refund and send you a new one.

Please contact us via email hello@ginimaya.com.au or via the Contact Us form on our website. Please quote your order number when contacting us, and provide photo evidence of the damage. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards either.
